Beginners Courses

We hold beginners’ courses which provide an excellent introduction to archery including safety rules, coaching in how to shoot (one to one wherever possible), types of equipment and scoring. Each course consists of five sessions on Friday evenings starting at 7:00pm. All necessary equipment is provided for the duration of the course. 

Courses are held indoors at Meadow Park School (formerly known as Whitley Academy), Abbey Road, Coventry, CV3 4BD during the autumn/winter months.

During the spring/summer months courses are held outdoors at King Henry VIII School Playing Fields off Stonebridge Highway (A45), Coventry, CV3 4EA. 

The cost of the course is £60 per person. If you are interested in taking a course or would like more information please use the Contact Form on our website. Once you have completed the course you will be able to apply to join the club to continue with your archery.
